Interested clients may request your apartment through our website or we may direct them to your property if the clients´ travel dates and requirements are a good match. If the clients are already in Buenos Aires, we can organize a viewing of your property to help close the sale. Casa34 handles rental contracts, down payment, deposit, and rent collection, check-ins/outs, and customer service.

Our property management services can include assisting you with early stages of a new apartment such as furnishing/interior decorating and bill setup. Once the rental is in operation, in addition to renting your apartment, as property managers our services can include bill payment and bookkeeping, managing the availability calendar, and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
