Clients may request your apartment through our website or Casa34 can direct them to your property if the availability matches their travel dates. If the guests are already in Buenos Aires, we can organize a viewing of your property to help close the sale. Casa34 handles rental contracts, down payments, deposits, rent collection, check-ins/outs, and customer service.


On the property management side, Casa34´s proactive approach ensures that your property is well taken care of which in turn leads to happy guests. Satisfied customers are likely to recommend your property to friends and family. Our property management services can include assisting you with early stages of a new apartment, such as furnishing/interior decorating and outfitting the apartment with the essentials for renting it out. Once the rental is in operation, in addition to matching your apartment with potential guests, as property managers our services can include the following: bill payment and bookkeeping; managing the availability calendar; and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
