Barrio Norte

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION

 

Barrio Norte is right next to Recoleta and has a similar profile, but with hundreds of medical students and professionals walking around. The University of Buenos Aires Medical School and "Hospital de Clínicas" is right in the middle of Barrio Norte.

 

A nice spot to catch some sunlight or just to enjoy some fresh air is Plaza Vicente Lopez. There are dozens of bars offering cafés and ice cream with outdoor seating.
