Gorgeous mansions in Belgrano "R" and towers in the Barrancas area, movie theaters, parks, specialty stores, bars, plus shopping along Cabildo Avenue make Belgrano a popular neighborhood for tourists and expats in the city.

The green D-line subway on Cabildo provides easy access to Nuñez (River Plate Stadium for a football match), Palermo, Recoleta, and downtown. The train can take you to Tigre for the day or to Olivos, San Isidro, and Martínez along the river where the affluent Argentines hang out.
