This student house is actually located in Montserrat, a neighborhood next to San Telmo. You can reach San Telmo on foot or you can take one of the several buses that pass near the house.

The owner lives in the house and rents out the other rooms. He has a small dog, Miranda, who is super sweet and doesn´t really bark. In total there are 3 singles and 1 double room. Guests have access to all the common areas: fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with tub, living room, laundry room with washing machine, two balconies, and amazing terrace with parrilla/BBQ! There is Wifi Internet throughout the house, phone line (for local calls only) and cleaning service once a week.
